The welcome reception on the evening of Monday the 30th, will be held in the famous Fitzwilliam Museum, where delegates can meet and begin the conference surrounded by a selection of works of art and ancient antiquities that has been described as ‘one of the greatest art collections of the nation’. Short speeches will be given by the Chairs before canapés and refreshments are served.

The gala dinner will be held in the dining halls of Cambridge's famous colleges. Dinner is included in all full conference tickets, including student tickets. The dinner will be on Wednesday 1st April and will begin with a drinks reception before a three-course meal with wine, soft drinks, and light entertainment. Extra tickets are available for day delegates and guests.
